Depends on how you mean update, if you already have both 12.1 and 14.1 installed and would like to update your project or solution, you can run the version utility, which you can get from the View Account Info location on our website here:  https://es.infragistics.com/my-account/keys-and-downloads, select the key for a version you have, and download the related Version Utility.

If you do not have a copy of 14.1, but have the key for it again you can go to the View Account info and download it. If the key is not listed in the View Account Info page, then please contact our sales department sales@infragistics.com and they will assist you with obtaining your key.
