display size of appointments/Holidays/Note in Month/Week/year view

hi,

I want to display the appointments/Holidays/Note in Month View in a square shape so that i can display multiple appointsment for a date. Is it possible to change the default size apperance (which is rectangle) of appointment.Any help will be apreciated.
