An issue was recently fixed where in VS2008 if a toolbars manager was on a form while its designer was open and the application was run then stopped and more changes were made to the form, no more changes would be saved. If you are experiencing this issue in VS2008, you can submit the issue to the support group and reference issue BR29198 to be notified when the hotfix is released: http://es.infragistics.com/gethelp. I don't believe any issues have been fixed with VS2005, so if you can make a sample that reproduces the issue, you can submit that to the support group.
I have the same problem, both with VS2005 and VS2008. At some point, all changes made to the UI (bot not code) seems to be ignored (NetAdvantage objects only). Although displayed in the IDE, NetAdvantage objects and also changes to objects are not visible in the compiled application.
If there is a way to correct for this problem, please reply to the post. It would be good if Infragistics could post suggestions for improvements in the threads in the forum, if doing so we would not all need to report the same problem to the support group. (and we could get the answer immediately, instead of having to wait for support to handle the issue)
Thanks,

Brad,
If you are experiencing the same issue, I would recommend submitting the issue to the support group as well so you can be notified of any resolution or workaround: http://devcenter.infragistics.com/Protected/SubmitSupportIssue.Aspx.
I've seen this isssue as well. Essentailly changes in the toolbar designer are not being transfered to the forms designer. This is a similar issue that I observerd and reported in the web controls. Additionally the items you added in the designer will be gone next time you open it.
I've found that if you open the designer and make a small change to the code, i.e. delete an empty line or retype a bracket the changes occasionally get propagated, although not always.
