IS it possible to do something like what's pictured here, where you build the data by going down one 2-column set, then when that column's rows are filled, start down the next 2-column set?

We currently don't offer that as a feature of the IGGridView.
Basically, if you wanted to achieve that you'd need to have to Grid's side by side, and bind each with at subset of the data.
