Is there a way to implement IGRangeSelector and scrollable chart that we can in NUCLIOS version of controls on Asp.net ?

Thank you for contacting Infragistics.
Currently the range selector in not part of the ASP.NET Chart control. The Chart renders as a SVG that is why it is not possible to interact (zoom) with the different columns. Here are the available samples that show the supported features of the control:
