I don't believe there is a way to generate per-cell comments with the current version of Infragistics.Excel, Neil.  These properties exist since the Workbook needs to be able to accommodate loading an .XLS file that already has per-cell comments within it, but I guess since there wasn't a direct analogy to this Excel feature anywhere in the WebGrid, the ability to add comments was probably something that got left on the cutting room floor.

If you (and anyone else) would like to see this feature added in a future version of Infragistics.Excel, please drop us a suggestion at the Feature Request URL below.  The more customers who tell us they want this feature, the better the chances of it getting added to the product.
