How to show the monthdropdown and Yeardropdown in webdatepicker

Hi,

Earlier, we have used the webdatechooser in our application.Now we have migrated from 11.x to 13.x to support in IE11. We have changed the webdatechooser into webdatepicker. But user has to double click on the month/year, to then select the year.  

Is that possible to show the yeardropdown and Monthdropdown in webdatepicker aslike in webdatepicker.
