Is there a documented/best way to populate a ToolbarDropDown in client side (at runtime) using javascript?

Thanks for the reply Viktor. Would appreciate it though if you could look into the related post (link below) though since it's the closest way we could meet our requirements.

It could be a bug in the component but again I could be wrong.
