Hi,
I'm using WebMaskEditor v11.1 (will use the newer version soon), currently upgrading the old WebMaskEdit control.
I found an issue that when pasting a value using right click mouse and select "paste" from the context menu, using the following Input Mask for example "000-000", the value pasted from "123456" becomes "123-56 ".
Please not that using Ctrl+V works just fine though "123456" becomes "123-456".
Using WebMaskEditor in v13.2 also produces the same result.
Is there any work around to this issue?
I don't think there will be much people uses copy-paste this way, but then again it should produce the same result as Ctrl+V.
Thank you,
Charles

Hello Charles,
Could you please share the exact 13.2 version of the product you are using? I have investigated this issue and I have asked our engineering staff to examine this further. To ensure that it will receive attention, I have logged this behavior in our internal tracking system with a Development ID of 175936 “When content is pasted using a context menu in WebMaskEditor Control it is not formatted correctly as when ctr+V paste is used” and I have linked it to case CAS-140388-J4J3K2.
The next step will be for a developer to review my investigation and confirm my findings or to offer a fix, or other resolution will leave this case open and update you with this information after the review. You can also continue to send updates to this case at any time. You can view the status of all development issues connected to this case from the "Development Issues" tab, when viewing this case on the "My Support Requests" page of our website. You will automatically receive updates for the progress of it and when a fix is available.
