Can I still add items to the dropdown programmatically instead of using the DataSource? I hope I get a reply ASAP. Thanks.

I am having a problem. When I connect the objects using the DataSource it works okay when I click on "Apply" but when the codes are added on Form.aspx.cs, it doesn't work.
What should I do that replaces * to the value like %?
