We are using Infragistics Net advantage Version 13.2.20132.1003.
We have used Web Hierarchical Data grid in one of the pages.
The grid works good in IE 8 and Chrome.
We recently migrated the browser to IE 11.
After the migration, the expand/collapse option in Web Hierarchical Data grid is not working as expected. When clicked on Expand/Collapse button, expand/collapse state is not retained on release of mouse click button. But when the mouse is clicked in the surrounding area of the expand/collapse button, the functionality is working good.
Kindly help in this regard.
I have attached a sample code. Please run the same in IE 11.

After looking into this matter further I was able to reproduce the described behavior with the version of NetAdvantage that your are using 13.2.20132.1003, which is actually the RTM build of version 13.2. I tested your sample project using the latest service release available for version 13.2, which currently is 13.2.20132.2109 and the issue was not occurring anymore.
What I can suggest you is downloading the latest service release available for your version by following these steps:
1) Go to http;//Infragistics.com and log with your account.
2) Select "Account". This will open the "My keys and downloads" page.
3) Select your product from the product list.
4) Select the Service releases tab
There you will find the latest service release available for download.
