Cell Properties of a WebHTMLEditor table

To All,

I am providing my customer base the ability to create 'template' forms using the WebHTMLEditor.  Oftentimes they build these forms using tables.

Is there a way to make cells/rows/columns in a table 'read only'?  That is, I don't want customers using the template to type dumb stuff in the 'lable' column of a table.
