Problems when upgrading components

In our ASP.NET 2.0 application we are using NetAdvantage for .NET 2007 Volume 1 (CLR 2.0)  version 7.1.x. We have now purchased/upgraded to 2008 Vol. 1 CLR 2.0 version 8.1.x in our development environment (VS2008) and need to upgrade the components in our project.

 

We are having problems using the project upgrade utility from NetAdvantage for .NET 2008 Vol. 1 CLR 2.0 to update our website.  First of all, when we try start the utility, we are presented with a System.FormatException as we are running Norwegian(Bokmål) as our regional setting.  This error is circumvented by setting our regional settings to English(US). The second, and biggest problem, is that we are are presented with an NullReferenceException when we try to upgrade our website to 2008 Volume 1 (CLR 2.0).  This exception is obviously catched because there is no stacktrace.  The upgrade report doesn't contain any useful information. Please advice us on how we can circumvent this problem or  where we can download an updated version of the upgrade utility so we can proceed to upgrade our website.
