This is Rajkumar from Broadridge Financial Solutions, Hyderabad.
We are using Infragistics ultra pie chart control for data visualization.
<igchart:UltraChart> ChartType="PieChart3D"</igchart:UltraChart>
The issue we are facing is that, whenever we have legends more than 8, it is displaying the ‘more…’ rather than showing 'Others' option, after refreshing the page it is showing others instead of more...
Also I have gone through some discussions that are posted in the forums. As per there discussions/suggestions, from the below link

we can raise an event, I tried this but it doesn’t help me.
Can someone please share their suggestions/concerns/workarounds to me.

Hello RajKumar,
The more indicator will not raise any events. Its sole purpose is to tell you that there are more items than the legend can display. If you want to create a Scrollable legend, follow the example in this post:

I am looking into this issue and will get back to you by the end of the day Thursday with more information or questions for you.
We are using Others legend when the count crosses the limit(count 8 ). we can ignore that from the discussion.
My issue/requirement here is that , it is not allowing us to do any action when we click on more option in the pie chart/ nothing is happening further.
What we expect is that the when we click on more , it should show whole list of legends.
Please let me know if any concerns.
