I have a client side issue when dragging from one tree to another. Using 12.1 build 1005.
Solution in atachment.
Please try to drag and drop source file node from bottom tree to upper tree.
Please let me know where is the issue?
If i'm not binding second tree but add nodes manually all works fine, so the issue is releated to binding to xmlsource.

It seems that there is some issue with the scripts. However, I tested your sample with the latest service release (build 2048) and it was fixed. So I would suggest you to upgrade to v12.1.2048.
