What's up with the samples.infragistics.com site? It redirects to the main IG site. Very disruptive. What if I didn't install the samples on my local PC? Bad customer service.

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. Our web team and release engineers have been working together to fix this. Our future service releases for our 2012 Vol. 1 line of products will fix this issue for links installed on your machines once you have the service release installed.

Here is an example which I positively cannot believe is happening. When you install 2011.2, in the menu structure installed on your PC is a link which is supposed to go to the SL LOB online help. Your site reorganization has broken the links installed by your installers.
The menu on the PC is attempting to go to:
http://es.infragistics.com/online/en/sllob/2011v2/help
which is being redirected to:
http://es.infragistics.com/help/
Really? Oh, gee how helpful.
