I installed the latest hotfix for infragistics netadvantage 2008 now no matter what web application I run from VS 2008 I get error:
Could not load file or assembly 'Infragistics35.WebUI.UltraWebGrid.ExcelExport.v8.1, Version=8.1.20081.1000 Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=7dd5c3163f2cd0cb' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.
This happens for every web application run from VS 2008. Even if it isn't using any infragistics I still get this error. This started hapenning after I installed the folowing Hotfixes for infragistics:
NetAdvantage_ASPNET_20081_CLR35_HotFix_2013NetAdvantage_WinForms_20081_CLR20_HotFix_2013NetAdvantage_AppStylist_20081_CLR20_HotFix_2013
Everything was working before I installed these. Now I cannot run ANY apps from VS 2008.

Solved. Im using Forms Authentication and I redirect everythign to another app. When I installed the hotfix for infragistics the app I redirect to was under source control and did not get updated with the new references. Since all other apps get redirected to the login screen of that one, then all of the apps were broken.
Everything has been replaced. However, I suspect that the issue is not with the projects, but with a change Infragistics made to the IDE or to IIS7. Not sure.
Because no matter what project I run (even projects that do not contain infragistics controls or references) I still get this error.In fact I created a new web application with a simple page that says hello and when I run it I still get this error:

Did you run the Project Upgrade Utility on your projects? Alternatively run a search and replace to replace "Version=8.1.20081.1000" with "Version=8.1.20081.2013"
