Changing pages that have Web Panels corrupts the page since upgrading to 7.3

Hi,

Since upgrading to Net Advantage 7.3 I am having problems making any changes to pages containing Web Panels. What is happening is that this code is being inserted in the page:

<borderdetails colorleft="LightGray" colorright="Gray" colortop="LightGray" styleleft="Solid"styleright="Solid" styletop="Solid" widthleft="1px" widthright="1px" widthtop="1px"></borderdetails>

When I then try and build the project I get a Build Error to the effect that Border Details does not belong to Web Panel.

It seems that the designer is re-writing the web panel and picking up invalid code when it does so. This is making these pages difficult to work with as the slightest change causes this problem.

Any help to resolve this would be appreciated :)
