Controls in Toolbox Grayed Out

I installed NetAdvantage for ASP.NET 2008 Vol. 1 [CLR 3.X] (Trial Version) on my laptop (Vista HP, VS2008) after my desktop (Vista Ultimate, VS2008) crashed. I ran the toolbox utility and it bulds the tab with all the controls. I transfered a backup of my project onto the laptop and it runs fine.  However, when I open a web form in design view, VS thinks that the Infragistics controls are not applicable to the web designer and hides the whole tab. I can show the tab by selecting "Show All" but the controls are grayed out and can not be added to a web form via drag and drop. (The existing controls are still editable/designable though). 

I have a feeling that I'm missing something fairly obvious but whatever it is eludes me. Has anyone else experienced this or know a solution for this?

    Same setup Vista Ultimate, VS2008 and this happens all the freekin time with all my tabs and random intervals the only thing I have been able to do is "Reset Toolbox" and run the IG add to toolbox util I dont know what the deal is but it does it with other control sets as well... Maybe fixed in next VS2008 SP lol...
