WebDataTree Node click event not firing in iframe

Hi,

I have a webdatatree in iframe and has defined a nodeclick function, but it is not working. Please see my code below:

<ig:WebDataTree ID="WebDataTree1" runat="server" Height="300px" Width="200px"
                                            DataSourceID="WebHierarchicalDataSource1" OnNodeClick="NodeClick_New" AutoPostBackFlags-NodeClick="On">
                                            <DataBindings>
                                                <ig:DataTreeNodeBinding DataMember="SqlDataSource1_DefaultView"
                                                    TextField="Expr2" ValueField="Expr1" />
                                                <ig:DataTreeNodeBinding DataMember="SqlDataSource2_DefaultView"
                                                    TextField="BOOK_ACC_TYP_ALIAS" ValueField="BOOK_ACC_TYP_ID" />
                                            </DataBindings>
                                        </ig:WebDataTree>

Please let me know how to resolve this.

Hello Megha,

what is your scenario, is this WebDataTree in other aspx which is loaded in the iframe?

The WebDataTree is in ascx page which is loaded in iframe through an aspx page. Let me know if webdatatree nodeclick event works in ascx page otherwise I will move it on aspx page.

it is working, but make sure that you set NodeClick autopostbackflag:

       <ig:WebDataTree ID="WebDataTree1" runat="server" Height="300px" Width="200px"
            onnodeclick="WebDataTree1_NodeClick">
            <AutoPostBackFlags NodeClick="On" />
            <Nodes>
                <ig:DataTreeNode Text="Root Node">
                </ig:DataTreeNode>
                <ig:DataTreeNode Text="Root Node">
                </ig:DataTreeNode>
            </Nodes>
        </ig:WebDataTree>
