Is it possible to run 2 different folders of ig_scripts in IIS for different versions of netadvantage for asp.net?
If not is there a way in the 11.2 version to point to a different folder to get the scripts from?

If you are using NetAdvantage 11.2 you wouldn't have to deploy the ig_scripts folder as the javascript files are included in each control's assembly. Please refer to this thread - http://forums.infragistics.com/forums/p/67867/343934.aspx.
