When I Mouse Hover on the UltraWebMenu, all dropdownlist controls are disappears on the page in IE8. We are using Infragistics2.WebUI.UltraWebNavigator.v6.3. Can you please suggest me what is the best way to fix? We can't upgrade infragistics version. Since project is on live. I am looking solution ASAP.

I am facing issues with only UltraWebMenu and UltraWebGrid. Can I upgrade only these two controls? Rest of them can I leave as they are (6.2) controls?.

Please note that version 6.3 is outdated and does not support IE8. You can find a detailed list of our supported environments at:

I would therefore recommend that you consider upgrading your product version.
UltraWebMenu is among the controls which have been retired since version 11.2. Please refer to the following article for detailed information regarding the retired controls and their respective replacements:
