One of my customers is complaining that they can use my support system from their Kindle. When they get to the page where they type in details, the HTML editor doesn't activate the on-screen keyboard. If you select a plain text input as the current control, the keyboard appears. But when you select the HTML editor, it does not.
Does anyone know of a way to either trigger the on-screen editor, or degrade gracefully to a plain text editor?
This same problem occurs with all android-based devices.

Thank you for posting in the Community Forums! The control does not support those kind of devices, the good news is that in few months with our next version we intend to release a new HTML Editor control to be compatible with the latest web standards.
