Now I use control "Infragistics2.WebUI.UltraWebGrid.v8.3.dll" of "NetAdvantage for .NET 2008 Vol. 3 CLR 2.0"
I have some problems with IE9, and I need upgrade. But in "NetAdvantage 2011.2" "CLR 2.0" I don't find this control.
Where is UltraWebGrid? Exist any alternative?

As you have already seen on our "Product Changes" page, UltraWebGrid is among the controls retired in 11.2. I suggest that you use the WebDataGrid control. You can upgrade using upgrade tool. i have done from Infragistics 5.1 to Infragistics 2010.2. I have no issues. Also if you want to add a new control there is webdatagrid which is more like girdview. You can use this Ajax control to get better performace.
