Recent javascript issues with corporate users
posted

We are using Infragistics 10.3 and the UltraWebgrid and we are having some odd issues with corporate users. The users are trying to edit the records in the grids and it seems like javascript is causing focus issues and does not allow the user to click the dropdown or into the textbox. Focus continues jumping off the dropdown or textbox. Other users in the same office have the same issues, however, everyone out of the corporate structure works fine. Could it be a block of a js event or file?

Any suggestions would be helpful.

    Hi koneal,

It has been some time since your post, however in case you still need assistance I would be glad to help.

In this scenario it may be worth examining whether the issue is browser specific and perhaps whether users experiencing the behavior are using different browser security configurations.

Note that the UltraWebGrid control is now outdated and as of .NetAdvantage 2011 Volume 2 is no longer included in our product package. I would suggest that you consider switching to the WebDataGrid/WebHieararchicalDataGrid. More information regarding these controls is available at:

Additional samples demonstrating the features of these grids can be found at:
