I have a .net 3.0 Visual studio2008 build asp.net application which uses infragistics 8.2 extensively,now i need to upgrade the solution to Visual studio 2010 with framework 4.0since VS 2010 does not support infragistic 8.2 iam planning to upgrade it to 10.1,please help me with this upgrade.also answer my below quey.1.can i first upgrade infragistic 8.2 to 10.1 in VS 2008 and upgrade the solution to 2010 please help
Hello Lochivar,When you install the new NetAdvantage it has Version utility which need to be ran. It will update all of your projects to the new version of NetAdvantage. You can run it by going to Start -> All Programs - >Infragistics -> NetAdvantage 2011.1 -> Version Utility. However Its recommended to update to a newer version than 10.1 like 11.1. Reason is that the servise release support for all 10.x versions expired. Previously i m working with ASP 2008 controls. Now i have migrated to 2011 version. I am trying to upgrade my website using Version Utility, but it does not upgrade my web site. It shows UH NO message with no suggestion also if i open the log file only following two lines are writted

Please tell me how to upgrade my web site.
I would recommend you to try different approach. Please try the following steps, they explain how to upgrade your project manually:
1. Get a copy of your project that you are not modified with Version Utility 2. Make a backup copy of your project3. Replace all old assemblies in the Bin folder with the new 4. Open your project with Visual Studio and press Ctrl+H (Quick Replace)Enter the following Values:Find what: .v8.3, Version=8.3.20083.1006 This should be your current version of ver 8.3, you may need to change itReplace with: .v11.1, Version=11.1.20111.1006 This is the current version you are trying to upgradeLook in: Entire Solution Select Entire Solutions to change all existing references in your project Click on the “Replace All” button Please note that it is very important to enter the exact versions5. Create a new empty project or website and drag any control from ver 11.1. A new ig_res folder will be generated in the project. Copy this folder to your project if there is such folder then overwrite it.6. Remove licenses.licx and App_Licenses.dll the should be located in:C:\...\YourPoject:\licenses.licxC:\...\YourPoject:\Bin\App_licenses.dll7. Clean and rebuild your project.

We have upgraded from version 8.2 to 10.3.2171.
LinkButton inside Ultrewebgrid itemtemplate doesn't fire OnClick event.
Link button is a asp.net server side control.
We are using this link for deleting records.
