Is there a way that I can delete a row that forces a callback to the server? I am able to get callbacks for adding and updating and can not figure out on how to get it to work with delete.

If you are asking how to setup the grid so that deleting a row causes a postback, this is the default behaviour of the WebDataGrid when row deletion is enabled.
