“The system cannot find the file specified. (0x80070002)” error while opening the page designer

Hi,

I have asp.net web page having WebDataGrid 10.3 on it. While opening the page designer and also while opening WebDataGrid smart tag I am getting “The system cannot find the file specified. (0x80070002)” error. I was able to open designer without any issue couple of days ago. However, now I am facing this issue. I do not see any changes on the page that can cause this issue.

I also tried to create new page from scratch with new WebDataGrid on it. However, faced the same issue.

Could you please help me on this?

Hi Siddhanath,

The issue you are experiencing may be caused by a corruption in the Global Assembly Cache of your Visual Studio. Can you try repairing your .NetAdvantage installation as this may resolve the issue ?

I have reinstalled the net advantages. However, I am still facing the same issue.
