I have a webdatagrid with template column and there is a textbox in the template column.I have cell selection as below.
<ig:Selection CellSelectType ="Single" RowSelectType ="None" ColumnSelectType ="Single" Enabled="true" CellClickAction="Cell" > <SelectionClientEvents CellSelectionChanged="CellChanged" /> <AutoPostBackFlags CellSelectionChanged="true" />
But when I select the cell.I was not able to select the text in the text box.have to delete one by one by moving cursor.when I right click copy option is disabled.can somebody help me in this.
Any help on this.I am using 10.2 version.Is this is the behaviour?
Hi rover123,
We do some event handling some that dragging of cells/rows for multi selection would work without selecting cell text. This did mess up being able to select text in inputs and such and was reported. It should be fixed in the latest Service Release. If you upgrade and it still persists, please let us know so that we can investigate.

HI I tried with 10.3 now my CellSelectionChanged is not at all firing.When ever i enter cell it just flickers and the event is not at all called.Just like to know whether it is doable from webdatagrid.All i have is a textbox template column in a grid on change of that value I have to some server side processing to update the grid(basically i am looking after cellupdate event like in wingrid).this is my setting in the grid.
