Forum a waste of time

The support provided by Infragistics through these forums has now become dreadful to the point of providing no assistance whatsoever. I posted recently and have still to receive a response I noticed that I am not the only one in this position.

Infragistics documentation is now very lazy and not fully updated with the release of new versions, it seems the only point in the upgrade is to squeeze more cash from it's userbase. 

I would appreciate a timely response but feel I am wasting my time.

    I found your post regarding the Recurrence here:

    When using WebScheduleGenericDataProvider the RecurrencePattern contains the Recurrence information which was contained in the Recurrence table :

    DayOfWeekMaskUtc;UtcOffset;DayOfMonth;MonthOfYear;PeriodMultiple;Period;EditType;

    EndAfterDays;LastReminderDateUtcTicks;

    This is the format.

    Please let me know if you need more assistance regarding this.
