Want drag the column width for grid columns in IE9 browser.
Can you please tell me code to do this in IE9.
Now i am unable to drag the column in the Grid in IE9 browser.

I suggest use both IE compatility and the latest Service Release found in our website to move the columns in IE9.
As for resizing the columns of the grid, please refer to our CHS case.

Do we need to use both IE compatibility and recent build or is it sufficient if we use only recent build 10.3.20103.2134 inorder to move and resize the columns of grid in IE9?

With regards to the issues you are having with IE9, I have the followng findings:
1. The columns may be dragged and dropped as it they were in IE8. I suggest to run using IE compatility and a more recent build 10.3.20103.2134.
2. Although, the columns may still be resized, the indicators may be less visible. I have linked this to development issue.
