I saw a post on this in the forum (http://forums.infragistics.com/forums/t/5651.aspx), but there was not a satisfactory answer given, so I am opening a new thread.

I am running Infragistics 3.5 version 8.1 and Internet Explorer 8.  I have an UltraChart on my .aspx page, and I have a wrapper div dynamically resizing to fit the user's browser.  As soon as I hover over the chart area, even before there is any data in the chart, vertical scrollbars appear in the browser.

I tried changing the Tooltips-Overflow property as mentioned in the earlier post, but to no avail.  Disabling javascript is not an option because I need the tooltips.
