Cannot find UltraWebGridExcelExporter in toolbox

I can't find the UltraWebGridExcelExporter control in my toolbox.  I am using v10.3 and VS2008.
I have added a reference to Infragistics35.WebUI.UltraWebGrid.v10.3, and also through 'Choose Items', but still can't spot it. 

Help!

    Got it! (cursing self) 

    Start>All Programs>Infragistics>NetAdvantage 10.3>ASP.NET>Utilities>Create Toolbox Tab for xxx

    This still wasn't showing up the excel exporter for me.
    So, I did : right-click NetAdvantage 10.3 ASP.NET blah blah blah in Toolbox, Choose Items, select UltraWebGridExcelExporter v 10.3

    And voila.
