WebDataMenu with IE7 shows behind elements

In IE7 or IE8 in compatibility mode some menu items are showing behind page elements.  I have seen that this might be to do with z-index settings that are not handled correctly in IE.

Is there anything that can be done?

     EnableScrolling="False"  seem to have fixed it for me

    I seem to have a similar problem.

    Since upgrade from 10.2 --> 10.3 my WebDataMenu also has some issues where it falls behind certain elements on the page.

    It seems to happen consistently when i use rightmouse on the first row on my datagrid in both Chrome and IE.
