When I went from 10.2 to 10.3 my menu backgrounds no longer exist. Do I seed some new images or something? I ran the upgrade utility. My drop down menus no longer have a border and it's a bullet list and there is no background. It is showing up behind a web tab I have on the page. 10.2 was fine.
Is there something I can do to fix this?
It does not create the ig_res folder.

Hello Lisa,Create a new WebSite drag any control from 10.3 Toolbox and switch to Designer if you are not in design mode. A new ig_res folder will be generated in your website. Refresh to see it. Then replace your ig_res folder with the ig_res from 10.3

ig_res should be in your WebApplication/Website folder. If you can’t see it try to show it:or Open folder in Windows Explorer.
