I'm new to Infragistics controls (for ASP .net), and in trying to use WebHierarchicalDataGrid, I've stumbled upon a few limitations. e.g., data validation, programmatically applying the data filters, row editing templates...

I've seen many related questions in this forum with no resolution or response from the support team, making one wonder on how to go about resolving these issues.

e.g., Are the replies/solutions not posted back on this forum, or is it safe to assume that those questions haven't been answered?
