"Clean" install of v9.2 appears to be missing styles, images, scripts, etc.

I installed v 9.2 and noticed that a lot of scripts and css files were no longer installed (compared to previous 8.3 install).  As a result, default styling of dialogs, splitters, etc are no longer being applied. Is there a problem with the installer?

    It has been a while since your post, however in case you are still experiencing issues I would be glad to help.

    In order to be able to provide insight on the matter I would need to see the install logs and to have infomation of the version of Visual Studio that you are using. However I would strongly suggest you to consider using a newer version of .NetAdvantage.
