Exporting data using UltraWebGridExcelExporter does not work if the url has the server name and its domain

 I am using the UltraWebGridExcelExporter to export data to Excel. It works fine if the url has just the server name. But if the url has the domain name as well, the new window opens and closes right away.

htpp://testserver/application.aspx --> works

http://testserver.domainname/application.aspx --> export window opens and closes right away. This behavior is in IE7 while in firefox it is fine.

 Is this a known issue with the UltraWebGridExcelExporter and is there a hot fix?
