Using the WHDG on an IPad
posted

We are using the WHDG and need it to be able to run on an IPad via Safari.  While the grid renders fine on the IPad after the latest Service Release update to 10.3, I was wondering what the position is for using column grouping as the IPad doesn't appear to handle drag and drop?  Is there a gesture sequence I am missing that allows the Ipad to recognize the drag motion or would we be forced to use the Outlook style grouping in this situation?  As an alternative, would it be possible to add a button to the header of a column that would add the column to the group by in a future version?  Once a column is grouped the group header has and X button to remove each column from the group so it seems there would be one to add the column as well.
