I am using UltrawebGrid with Infragistics Version 10.2 and Visual studio 2010(framwork 4.0),It showing result perfect in IE,Firefox --while it shows Edit/Delete Column in GoogleCrome which i havn't included.Also Mutiheader column not showing in Google crome.
I attached Ultrawebgrid Image(Google Crome) for refereance.It should have same look in Google crome too as IE,Firefox.

note that the old grid does not support all the functionalities under Chrome.
I can recommend you to migrate to our new WebDataGrid which is fully supported.
