When we select any row of the grid view, small black colored triangle displayes on the left side of the grid view selected row. Can we change the color of that triangle?
any suggestions?

Probably you are enabled RowSelector. Small triangle picture is located in your ig_res folder. If you are using default theme the triangle can be found at:
ig_res\Default\images\SelectedRowSelector.gifI would suggest you to disable RowSelector and enable Activation in case you are not using rowselector
