Not able to run IG 3.x in VS 2008

Hi i added VS 2008 and IG 2010

While compiling i am getting below error

"Could not load type 'System.Web.UI.ScriptReferenceBase' from assembly 'System.Web.Extensions, Version=3.5.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35'. "

I Have IG 2006 and 2008 also and both are working fine with VS 2005

    Hello sunil,

    Please make sure that you have installed .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 and Visual Studio 2008 SP1.

    Please let me know what is the result after  you install these Service Packs.
