I've seen some javascript code snippets here and there that claim to do the trick. But I think it only works in IE. http://www.indigorose.com/forums/threads/5973-Copy-Image-to-Clipboard?p=25585#post25585

We don't provide anything specific in our controls to enable clipboard functions.

What I realy need, is to have a button and when I click on it, it will copy my image on the clipboard...

It should work just like any other image on a web page. Are you looking for more than right clicking the chart and selecting "Copy"?
