Footer not being displayed

Hi,

I am using UltraWebGrid version 9.1, and I want to show the footer below the grid which will show something like: "Displaying records 10 of 2810". Now, I am trying to add a checkbox column. The problem is that when I add the checkbox column after all my dataset columns have been bound, the footer is displayed perfectly. However, when I try to add the checkbox column before the other columns (i.e. if it is the first column) then the footer is not displayed. Please help.

Hi Rimi,

I've created a support ticket which can be seen under your profile with number CAS-48852-691Z2T. Please provide sample showing this issue also "steps to reproduce " and we will investigate this further.

No, still looking for a solution.......

Can't paste my code here, for security reasons. Is it fine if I send the screenshots of the issue to illustrate the problem?
