Hi,
I am using infragistics v6.3 and have been experiencing some performance issues with the UltraWebTree onDemandLoad/LoadOnDemand feature. I have a large tree which is using multi selects with the lowest t levels setup to load on demand. When I select the top node I check all the nodes below, this is taking a considerable amount of time e.g 72 seconds. When i remove the onDemandLoad and LoadOnDemand options in the aspx page this time comes down to 5.6 seconds.
I have followed this through debug mode and unless going down to the lowest level the onDemandLoad method I am using does not get triggered, so this appears to be a limitation of the component? Does using the load on demand feature introduce an extra overhead which could be managed?
Thanks,
Sam.
Thanks for pointing that out, just moved it to your link.
Hi Sam,
This is the forum for the Aikido WebDataTree. For the older UltraWebTree, could you post your question here?
