Hi,
The issue with not being able to edit cell data in FF seems to be resolved, but we are still unable to copy/paste (to or from) a whole row/column worth of data. Single cell copy/paste works fine.
Is this still an issue? Is there any place I can see a list of the issues that were addressed in this latest service pack?
Thank you
Hi Maya. We are being told by someone in the Infragistics Support Team that the "Ultra" grids and controls do not support FireFox at all.
Interestingly, the reason we've been given is that FF itself doesn't support the "getAttribute" function, when in fact it does (all major browsers support this function).
Our research suggests that the problem actually is that FF counts DOM nodes differently and blows up the control's javascript when it tries to USE the getAttribute function to search for attributes that simply don't exist because it's looking for attributes of TEXT nodes that do not exist. Text nodes have only 2 attributes, one being its "id", the other being its "type". A text node type is always 3, but there is no check in the javascript to see what type of node is being looked at, assuming that it is looking at a node containing the attribute of interest.
I posts this only to provide acurate information to others who may be pulling their hair out trying to figure this out on their own, as we did. I'm not sure this has a thing to do with the issue you are talking about, but it very well may, and I'm sure it will help others who are wanting to stay with their "Ultra" controls for one reason or another.
Thank you sincerely,

Hello eridgway ,
I know it’s been a while since you’ve posted this but if you still need help I’d be glad to offer some assistance with this matter. I believe other community members will benefit from this as well.
I managed to reproduce this behavior in FireFox5 with release version 11.1 so I believe this is still an issue. The same seems to work fine in IE9. I will log this in our internal system to be reviewed by the development staff and hopefully it will be resolved in one of the next releases.
Thank you for submitting this. If have any questions don’t hesitate to ask.
Best Regards,
