Normal asp:ImageMap Not showing mouse Pointer Cursor (hand) when using WebDialogWindows

I currently have a MasterPage with an ImageMap at the Bottom with several Rectangle hot spots.

In all pages these hotspots render correctly showing the pointer cursor (hand) when hovering the mouse over but in one page on which I have WebDialogWindow controls. In this case the Mouse cursor never changes to hand and it always shows the arrow cursor. This is occurring in IE 8 (with and without Compatibility mode).

This problem does not occur in Firefox which shows correctly the hand cursor.
