If you mean to freeze pane and not being resizeable, that you can do that using property setting, but if you are comparing the dock behavior like Visual Studio, then the controls doesn't support that at the moment. 

If you can send me more details around what you are looking for, I can let you know if it would be possible given the current control set or not.
