We're trying to migrate our application and we want to use that Asp Controls of Infragistics I have been working with that trial version of Infragistics in Visual Studio 2010 Beta 2 but with any control I use It gives me that next error.
It's there a way to solve this?
In VS2008 works fine, so we want to know with version of vs we'll use for our Web Site

I have the same problem. Wish to build a new solution in Visual Studio 2010 using the latest Infragistics ASP.NET 3.5 controls and I receive the exact same error message.
I guess I am stuck with this decision: Build with Infragistics using Visual Studio 2008 -- or take advantage of the new Entity Framework features in Visual Studio 2010 Beta 2 and ditch Infragistics and go with the standard controls. Tough decision.
I wish Infragistics would be more proactive here.

I am also working with VS 2010 without any issues.
At first sight I can see you are using .NET Framework 4.0. Infragistics controls are built with CLR 2.0 and 3.5 for now.
Just change the Runtime to 3.5 or 2.0 and you should be able to enjoy the Infragistics controls.
