WebCalcManager -- Works great on a page without a Master Page. Does not work with Master Page

Hi,

  I can run a simple test on WebCalcManger  on an aspx page, but when trying to run on a page that uses a Master page I cannot get WebCalcManager to calculate.

  How do you set up WebCalcManager when using Master Pages???
